At Mike Leonard’s Plumbing we believe we need to be socially responsible in the community in which we work. We do what we can thanks to customers like you!

Who We Are

We love it when we can make your day better!

The men below are the ones who can make it happen for you. These men know their plumbing, but it only means something if they can take that knowledge and help you. If it is an EMERGENCY, we will be there to help in record time. We carefully schedule each of our regular service calls as to NOT inconvenience YOU.

We know it is hard enough having your house disrupted for plumbing issues and remodeling, so we work extra hard to turn it into an experience that you will say, "I will use Mike Leonard's Plumbing again."

Gail Grubb

Gail came on board Mike Leonard’s Plumbing as a part time office assistant in 2018, but now works full time as MLP’s scheduler and dispatcher. Gail calls Hummelstown home since moving here in 2015 from the Upper Dauphin County area, where she worked as a Church Secretary for almost 10 years. She has 4 grown children all named after people from the Bible-Daniel, Noah, Eli and Hannah and even has a family cat named Boaz ( called Bo for short). Gail is happy to help you when you call in to Mike Leonard’s Plumbing and of course always wants to know “how we can make your day better?”

Lance Hoover

Lance first joined us for an internship through Thaddus Steven’s College of Technology back in the summer of 2019. Lance has proved himself to be a quick and thorough learner. Lance enjoys service work as well as larger projects and has also become one of our primary plumbers for running drain cleaning calls. In his spare time he enjoys hunting, fishing, and playing soccer or basketball.

Kathy Neu

Kathy joined us in 2016 answering our phones, “Mike Leonard’s Plumbing, How can we make your day better?” After several years of being our primary voice on the other end of the phone to schedule and dispatch our plumbers, Kathy is now more involved in the day to day background responsibilities in the office. Kathy lives in Annville with her husband and two cats. Her two children are now older and off to college. In her free time, Kathy and her husband enjoy serving at their church.

Joe Rothermel

As Mike’s first full-time employee, Joe Rothermel has also known him the longest, as they went to elementary school together in the Derry Township School District. Joe graduated from Dauphin County Vocational Technical School and went on to work as an auto mechanic in the early years of his career. When Mike went back into business for himself, he needed help, and was looking for someone who was mechanically inclined. Enter Joe, who was looking for a career change. Over twenty years later, Joe remains with the Company as a well-seasoned, licensed Journeyman Plumber. An interesting side note: Mike and Joe’s daughters share a birthday – one year apart!

Henry Thiesen

Henry joined us in 2010 as a college graduate who realized after the fact that he preferred working with his hands over sitting at a desk. Henry likes a good plumbing mystery and attacks each service call or drain cleaning like a problem just waiting to be solved. Henry and his wife have 3 kids, a dog and a cat. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, making every day an adventure, and helping his kids discover new and wonderful things about the world around us. Henry loves a good plumbing story too, next time you see him, ask who his truck mascots are and where they came from!

Joe Reigle

Joe Reigle brought 20 years of plumbing experience with him when started with us in 2019. Joe enjoys the variety of service work and learning something new every day. Joe and his family live in Elizabethtown. Joe enjoys hiking, backpacking and love’s a cold winter because it means better ice climbing!

Mike Keller

Mike Keller has over 30 years of plumbing experience, and is our 2nd longest tenured plumber having started with us back in 2001. Mike enjoys service work because he can help people and everyday is a little different.
